Q1). When will I receive my order?
You should expect your order to arrive within 4-7 working days. All orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail (2nd Class).
Q2). How much is postage?
A postage rate of £5.
Q3). Will you post outside of the UK?
Yes! If you are ordering from outside of the UK or wish to send a gift to someone outside of the UK, please get in touch via the Contact page and I’ll be happy to discuss international postage.
Q4). What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! Nobody wants to receive a damaged parcel - especially when it contains ceramics! Don’t worry, refunds or replacements are offered for all broken/damaged goods, just get in touch via the Contact page to arrange this.
Q5). On the website it says only one is available, what if I want two or more of the same thing?
Due to the nature of how JACKSON CERAMICS works, no two pieces are ever exactly the same.
I am able to recreate glaze similarities (colours/textures), shapes, and forms, but I always aim for uniqueness with all of my pieces and so it is very unlikely to get two that are identical. Feel free to get in touch via my Contact or Commissions page if you have more questions about this or wish to request something specific.
Q6). Can I get a custom made piece/pieces just for me?
Yes, I love working on commissions! Drop me a message via the Commissions page and we can arrange a free commission consultation. I aim to respond to all commission requests within 48 hours.
Q7). Do you take wholesale orders?
Absolutely! Just send me an email via the Contact page and we will go from there.
